What type of training do you need?

Basic training Operational staff who work on this project/service, e.g. frontline workers, case workers, communications officers For everyone who uses the platform to create, find or update any of the following - contacts, events, survey responses, timelines and progress boards.

On the platform they’re called Changemakers.
Manager & Reporting training Managers, Contract Managers, Fundraising teams For managers, coordinators and anyone responsible for reporting.

Learn how to create reports, filter results and add/remove colleagues from projects, contacts and other content.
Super User training Heads of Operations, Programmes, Service Delivery, IT, Fundraising, Volunteering For anyone who needs to use tools like the Designer and Data In & Out to customise the platform

Where would you like training to be delivered?

  • Online and interactive - a live training sessions for up to ten people in which you'll learn how to master the platform and have the opportunity to do the actions yourself and ask questions as you go along. Pricing starts at £100 per training session.
  • In-person - as above but delivered in person in the location of your choice, e.g. at your offices. Pricing starts at £200 per training session.
  • Online recordings - if your organisation has purchased Online & Interactive training, you can access the recording of the training sessions to learn the platform at your own pace. Pricing - no additional charges are made.

    • You have several options available for how training is delivered:
      • Direct Training: We deliver training to you and your team
      • Train-the-trainer: We train you to deliver training to your team
      • Hybrid: We deliver some of the training while at the same time, upskilling you to train colleagues in future
