Makerble integrates with your email, connects to your calendar and can play well with third-party databases. Bring in data via spreadsheet, API or forms - and keep everything flowing across your ecosystem.
Which sessions boost confidence most? Which staff roles are most active? What causes people to drop off? With visual reporting across attendance, engagement and outcomes, you’ll find insights you can act on - fast.
Yes - you can use Makerble Scheduling for appointments and other types of 1:1 support. Your staff will see their upcoming sessions on their Makerble Home screen so they can dive into the detail of each session in a click.
Yes - you can set the frequency at which events recur, for example, weekly on a Monday, monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, every other day, etc. Once you set up a recurring event, you can automatically add guests to every event in that series. This means that your event registers are ready to use on the day of each session, so you can simply tick off the people who were actually there.
Yes - you can choose the questions that appear for staff to complete, e.g. open text fields, multiple choice questions, numerical quantities and more. You can also allow staff to upload attachments, such as photos or videos of a session. If you'd like to also capture self-reflections from the facilitators of a session, you can record that too. There's also scope to distinguish between session-level notes and client-level notes in the same form, so that facilitators don't need to jump between different pages to record their notes from the day.
Yes you can create custom Event Roles and assign them to staff... and guests. This allows you to designate people's responsibilities at each event so that on the day there's no uncertainty about who is doing what. And if you use timesheets, your event roles sync up with them automatically so that you can quantify the amount of time that each person has spent in each event role, each month.
Yes - visibility and access can be controlled based on team roles and permissions.
Yes - Makerble runs as a mobile web app in whichever browser you use on your phone or tablet - whether that's Chrome, Firefox, Safari or something else. Every page adjusts automatically to be displayed properly on tablets and mobiles. This means that you can access events, contacts, surveys and results, wherever you are - without needing to be tied to your desk.
Absolutely - our structure supports multiple projects, reporting roll-ups, partner access and cross-project dashboards.
